Injury clinic
Every Monday night our team of Physiotherapists host a Free Injury Clinic in-house to help triage your injuries from weekend sport (or by any activity) to help you plan your next best steps.
These are 10-15min appointments to help make any training modifications that we see fit for the upcoming week. If we believe the injury is substantial enough, we will then highlight the idea of potentially requiring an official assessment to create a suitable management and return to perform plan.
Our injury clinic is simply a measure to determine what you should do for the week ahead and it is not used for any diagnostic measures.
As mentioned above, if we see it be necessary, we will recommend a consultation based on the findings of the short appointment. For more information on how to book please contact us directly.
2XU Run club
As a part of our partnership with popular active brand 2XU, every year we put together a team to run in the annual 2XU Wellness Run event to support Beyond Blue. Hosted in the city towards the later stages of the calendar year, our 'Run Club' was born to put together a team to participate in the day.
The events are suitable for any level or capabilities and is encouraging for all, which are:
5km run or walk
10km run or walk
21km half marathon
The Run Club is a means of preparation and is hosted every weekend at a different location, the idea is to get together and create movement in an environment that's outside the walls of the gym and indulge in an optional coffee after!

Bring A Friend For Free Saturday
Every Saturday our members are encouraged to share the Peak experience with a friend or member of their family - for free!
Our members are welcome to extend this invitation out at no extra cost and are open to anything we have to offer that's inside of your current membership.
Before you bring anyone in who is up for the offer, we require them to fill in a form each time so please reach out and chat to us before you make the move.
