Priority Injury Clinic

Colorful poster explaining the phases of exercise physiology displayed behind a glass wall at a fitness or sports facility, with a medical or exercise transportation chair in the foreground.

Every Monday night our team of Physiotherapists host a Priority Injury Clinic in-house to help triage your acute injuries from weekend sport (or by any activity) to help you plan your next best steps.

These are 10min appointments to help make any training modifications that we see fit for the upcoming week. If we believe the injury is substantial enough, we will then highlight the idea of potentially requiring an official assessment to create a suitable management and return to perform plan.

Our injury clinic is simply a measure to determine what you should do for the week ahead and it is not used for any diagnostic measures, for those who deem their injury as a priority and need to be seen,

As mentioned above, if we see it be necessary, we will recommend a consultation based on the findings of the short appointment.

Appointments are subject to availability, for more information on how to book please contact us directly.

We have programs available for anything you are trying to achieve. Register your interest via our contact form, we'd love to see you out there!

MOVEMENT club

Initially our ‘Movement Club’ was just an organised weekend session away from the gym.

First it was a Run Club, then during Summer it was a Swim Club so we thought we’d simplify it and create just a planned group session of either one or all the above.

As a part of our partnership with popular active brand 2XU, every year we put together a team to participate in their annual events – from running events to triathlons.

The events are suitable for any level or capabilities and is encouraging for all, you do not need to be preparing for any sort of event to join us in our weekend sessions. These sessions can be well thought-out, periodised and progressed in a manner that we can still track improvement – or we can just opt to get out there and get moving.

On the running track I’ll be there to look at running mechanics, in the water we will have someone on the jetski to ensure your safety and on the bike we will hopefully be in a group to make you feel comfortable.

Bring A Friend For Free Saturday

Three men are having a conversation inside a gym. Two of them have light hair, and one has dark hair and is wearing a cap. One of the men with light hair is holding a drink. They are dressed in athletic clothing, and there's gym equipment and a digital screen in the background.

Every Saturday our members are encouraged to share the Peak experience with a friend or member of their family - for free!

Our members are welcome to extend this invitation out at no extra cost and are open to anything we have to offer that's inside of your current membership.

Before you bring anyone in who is up for the offer, we require them to fill in a form each time so please reach out and chat to us before you make the move.

We are hopeful to see you in the gym!
